  PRESS NOTE Violation against Model Code of Conduct:- Brief facts of the case:         On 30-11-2023  at 15:00 hrs received a petition from Venkateshwar Rao, PC 4464, of PS Santoshnagar, Cell: 9700885363, stated that, on 30-11-2023 in the morning he was deputed for Patrolling duty Blue colts-I and on 30-11-2023 at 14:00 hrs while he was patrolling he had received a credible information that, one person by name Mohd Obed S/o Mohd Saleemuddin, age: 19 yrs, Occ: Student, R/o Jawaharnagar, Near water tank, Santoshnagar was doing illegal activities like rubbing finger with thinner with intention of doing bogus voting near Electric office, Jamal Garden backside, Jawaharnagar colony, Santoshnagar of Yakhutpura constituency-68, and when he went there, no one was there. As such, he searched at nearby places but could not found him. Hence, he requested to take necessary actions on the above mentioned Mohd Obed for breaking the rules of Electoral Code of Conduct....
