NO. 54/2017 U/S 354 (D), 506 IPC, SEC 12 OF POCSO ACT 2012 OF GUNDALA PS, RACHAKONDA* The facts of the case are that, on 27.09.2017 at 1600 hrs Gundala Police received a Complaint from the complainant wherein he stated that, accused Maroju Satheesh @ Sathyanarayana Chary S/o Kanaiah Age 20 Yrs Caste Blacksmith Occ Student used to stalk and harass his daughter in the name of love on that he informed the matter to the accused parents where accused did not change his behaviour. On 18.09.2017 while his daughter was going to college accused asked his daughter to love him and threatened his daughter that he will kill her or else he will kill himself and gave his daughter cell phone where his daughter refused to take the phone.
