Today ACP Chilkalguda Division Sri Jayapal reddy along with DI Chilkalguda P Rukmini and Crime Team of Chilkalguda PS have produced two in number accused persons namely 

1) Lova Kumari,W/o Veerababu,  Age:37 years,Occ: House maid,  and 2) Veerababu, Age 40 years, Occ:  House maid, R/o

Chilkalguda, N/o Kakinada, Ramachandrapuram, Andhrapradesh, who were arrested  in the case in Cr.No. 492/2023, U/s 382 of IPC registered at PS Chilkalguda. and been producing them  before the Honorable magistrate for judicial remand.

 

 *Brief Facts of the Case* :

On 20.07.2023 at 1130 hours Sri N S Narsimha Rao, R/o Chilkalguda, Occ: Buisiness, lodged a petition at PS chilkalguda , In which he stated that, On Occasion of Bonalu Festival, when they had opened the Locker in their Bedroom had found some of the gold ornaments weighed about 40  Thulas  were missed out from the locker . Further they had been suspecting the maids who had been working at their residence

 *Property Recovered* :* 

Gold Ornaments weighed about 40 Thulas from the Accused persons.

 *Motive of offence* :

Both the accused( Maids at the Residence of the

Complainant)have confessed that they had done it to repay their Debts
