*Brief facts of the case:*   

           This is a case violation of Model Code of Conduct, wherein the accused persons A-1). Syed Ahmed Ameen, S/o Syed Naimathullah Hussani, Age 33 years, Occ Business, R/o H. No. 16-8-13/A, Kaladera, Chanchalugda, Hyderabad. Cell No. 9121942876, A2). Mahtab Ali Khan, S/o Ayub Ali Khan, Age 40 years, Occ Business, R/o H. No. 16-3-839, Chanchalguda, beside Green Land Hotel line, Hyderabad. Cell No. 9885036961 Were found distributing the Pamphlets of AIMIM Party and voter slips featuring the AIMIM party symbol at near Rahmathiya Girls High School, Chanchalguda vide Polling Booth Numbers 109, 110, 111, on 30.11.2023 at about 10:15 hrs That action clearly violates the regulations stipulated in the Model Code of Conduct (MCC). This is falling within the jurisdiction of Dabeerpura Police Station Hyderabad on the complaint of M. Venkatesh, PC 30926 of PS Dabeerpura, Hyderabad, Ph:8712519335 a case booked in Cr.No. 228-2023 U/s 130, 131 of RP Act, 171C r/w 171 F, 188 IPC and took up the investigation. 

             During the course of the investigation examined the complainant the prima facie established against the respondents mentioned below. 

A-1). Syed Ahmed Ameen, S/o Syed Naimathullah Hussani, Age 33 years, Occ Business, R/o H. No. 16-8-13/A, Kaladera, Chanchalugda, Hyderabad. Cell No. 9121942876, 

A2). Mahtab Ali Khan, S/o Ayub Ali Khan, Age 40 years, Occ Business, R/o H. No. 16-3-839, Chanchalguda, beside Green Land Hotel line, Hyderabad. Cell No. 9885036961

                   On 30.11.2023  Issued 41 (A) Cr.PC notices to the above said accused persons and instructed to be present whenever their presence is required appears before the under signed or Hon’ble Court.

                The Investigation was proceeding under the supervision of Sri B.Rohith Raju, IPS DCP South East Zone and in the guidance of Sri. G. Shyam Sunder, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Malakpet Division, Hyderabad.
