Facts are The complainant received a message from whatsapp number 7391999928 stating that his name is Rajath Ramesh Narkar who is running a business B.H Infotech Co. for distribution of cell phones for cheaper price, believing his version the complainant transferred money into the account of B.H Infotech of Maharashtra state. Likewise he used to transfer amounts and collected cell phones for some period.
