No. Cr.No.492/2016 U/s. 366 (A) IPC , Sec. 12 of POCSO Act of PS Meerpet, Rachakonda Commissionerate : The facts of the case are that, the accused Marrigudi Srinu, age:23yrs, Mason R/o Meerpet village, Saroornagar mandal, N/o Prakasham district, AP came to contact with the victim minor girl, age; 16yrs and made her believe that he will marry her. On 10.07.2016 at 10 AM he kidnapped her and took her to Ongole and sexually harassed her. Basing on the complaint the IO Sri. Abdul Hameed, Sub Inspector of Police, Meerpet PS registered a case and remanded the accused Marripudi Srinu for Judicial custody.
