IS Sadan Police while conducting vehicle checking at DMRL X Road, Opp: Sai Baba temple they stop one Swift Dzire car in which they found (04) person and on searching in vehicle found cash of Rs.20,00,000/- from the Vittal and he did not give satisfactory answer of availability of the huge amount of cash.

Facts of the case:-

On 06-10-2023 in the evening hours Sri M. Mahesh, SI along with staff of IS Sadan P.S., Hyderabad were performing vehicle checking at DMRL X Road, Hyderabad for conducting vehicle checking at about 17.00 hours when SI stopped one Swift Dzire vehicle and checked the vehicle and found one cloth bag contains huge amount and when SI asked one person about the amount he was carrying he did not give any satisfactory answer with regard to the carrying of huge cash and also failed to produce proper documents/supportive evidence regarding the amount which he was carrying, so SI suspected about the said amount. Immediately, he summoned two Panchas and in their presence on enquiry the said persons disclosed their identities as 1) Vittal, 2) Nagaraju, 3) Srikanth Reddy and 4) Venkatesh. Further Vittal didn’t give any satisfactory answer and he stated that the money which he was carrying belongs to him and Nagaraju & Srikanth Reddy are the employees of 101 acres real estate and Venkatesh is Uber Driver. Vittal stated that he is intending to purchase plot through 101 acres real estate company by travelling in car by Uber from Kukatpally to LB Nagar. After that IS Sadan Police took custody of the cash Rs-20,00,000/- and the denomination as follows: 200x2000=4,00,000/-, 500x3200=16,00,000/-, Total Rs-20,00,000/-.
