SPECIAL ZONAL CRIME TEAM, WEST ZONE, CCS, DD, HYDERABAD CITY, APPREHENDED RICE-PULLING GANG AND SEIZED ONE CAR AND ONE RICE PULLING VESSEL

On 27.09.2023, Special Zonal Crime Team, West Zone, CCS, Hyderabad, apprehended four financial fraud cheaters who cheated the gullible people by pretending to own a very expensive Rice-pulling vessel and selling it to the innocent public with the promise that the rice pulling vessel would cost Crores of rupees and this element fell to earth during lightning strikes (Thunder bolt Strike) and has a power to pull things towards it.   

Details of Accused Persons:- 

A-1 Nallabolu Vijay Kumar, S/o N. Dharmender, age: 31 years, Caste: BC (A), Mangal, R/o Medipally, Hyderabad.

A-2 Rayudu Sai Baradwaj @ Banti, S/o Rayudu Bhaskar Rao, aged: 32 years, Caste: OC (Kappu), R/o Moulali, Hyderabad

A-3 Maskapuram Santosh, S/o M.Narsaiah, aged: 38 years, Caste: BC (A), Mangal R/o Medipally, Hyderabad

 

A-4 Upputuri Surender, S/o U.Venkateswara Rao, aged: 31 years, Caste: BC (B), Rajus, R/o Moulali, Hyderabad

Modus of Operandi of accused persons:- 

The accused persons A-1 to A-4 will target the innocent public and build up good acquaintance with the victims and induce and make believe them that they are having rice pulling vessel claiming to be very expensive and offered to sell with the promise that the said element would cost Crores of rupees and this element fell to earth during lightning strikes (Thunder bolt Strike) and has a power to pull things towards it and also had isotope radiations. The gang claimed that the rice puller was intended for use in satellites and nuclear weapons and that NASA and ISRO would buy it for Crores of rupees. In this regard many victims have fallen into these ridiculous claims and ended up paying Crores of rupees. 

In this same manner, A-1 to A-4 defrauded one Thouti Kiran to the tune of Rs 3 Crores. Basing on the complaint of Thouti Kiran a case in Cr. No. 272/2023 U/s 420, 506 r/w 34 IPC was registered at CCS, Hyderabad.

Details of Property Seized:- 

CCS Police seized one Mahindra Thar vehicle B.No. TS 08 JL 0555 and one Rice Pulling vessel from the possession of accused persons.

The West Zone Crime team D. Bikshapathi, Inspector and his staff PCs Imran, Madhusudan, Walliuddin, Ravi, Vijay, Praveen, Srinivas, Shabaz made efforts to nab the above accused persons under the supervision of Sri. G. Venkateswara Reddy, ACP, SZCT (Crime Teams), CCS, Hyderabad.
