RAIDED ON ILLEGALLY RUNNING SPA/MASSAGE CENTER  IN THE LIMITS OF DOMALGUDA PS.  

On 22-09-2023, in the night hours on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone, Hyderabad conducted raid on a SPA/MASSAGE CENTER styled as “Yantra Spa” situated at Himayath Nagar in the limits of Domalguda PS  and apprehended (12) RESPONDENTS in which (03) organizers, (05) customers & rescued (04) female workers, wherein the SPA organizers are illegally organizing SPA & Massage center, thereby organizing  cross massage with female workers to male customers  by violating the guidelines of Govt authorities and gain illegally easy money.  

 Particulars of SPA organizers/ respondents:

01) Bandi Anil Kumar S/o Bandi Vijay Kumar, Age: 36 Yrs, Occ: Spa Owner, R/o: Bahadurpura, Hyderabad (Owner of Yantra Spa), 

02) Kishan Singh Hazari S/o Narsingh Hazari, Age: 36 Yrs, R/o: Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, (Manager/Accountant)

03) Durga Prasad S/o Manohar, Age: 28 Yrs, R/o: Borabanda, Hyderabad  (Receptionist)

05) Krishna Kumar Baheti 

06) Ajay Singh 

07) L Ramanathan 

08) Priyesh Chandu 

 Brief facts of the case:-

The accused persons Bandi Anil Kumar & Kishan Singh Hazari  are residing in the limits of Bahuddurpura, Hyderabad and Durga Prasad is residing in the limits of Borabanda. They have been organizing SPA/Massage center name & styled as “Yantra Spa” situated at Himayath Nagar, in the limits of Domalguda PS  by engaging (04) females massage Therapist by offer huge amount  through mediators, thereby illegally offers cross massage with female workers to Male customers by attracting customers and its turn into sexual exploitation to gain illegally easy profits. 

  Sexual exploitation involves a person profiting from the use of another person's body in a sexual manner in order to benefit (financially or otherwise). In general, the perpetrator of sexual exploitation takes advantage of their victim's vulnerable or dependent state, including addictions to drugs or alcohol. 

 

  The accused persons violating the guidelines of Govt authorities and running the spa  without maintaining any Guidelines i.e. 1)This SPA Management is allowing cross massages to the customers and Earning money illegally 2)Therapists are working without any valid physiotherapist certificate 3)One of the 4 therapist Singhabhut Thapthim came on a business e visa and working as a therapist by violating provisions of e visa issued by Indian Embassy 4)Customer records are not maintained in the Spa 5)There are no CCTV Cameras in the Spa Center 6)They are providing the Spa & Massage by closing the doors 7)Further, the Spa management has not collected any Therapist Certificates from the therapists at time of Joining 8)The Spa management has failed to produce any therapist certificates during enquiry also not maintaining other provisions lay down by the Government

On 22-09-2023 in the night hours on credible information raided above SPA/Massage centre and apprehended the above respondents and also rescued (04) Female victims,  handed over to SHO, Domalguda PS for taking necessary action.  Registered a case vide Cr.No.146/2023, U/s.188 IPC & Sec.21/76 CP Act of Domalguda PS.

The raid was conducted under the guidelines of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police(OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Sri. B.Raju Naik , Inspector of Police, Central  Zone Task Force with the assistance of SI Ch.Naveen Kumar and team of Central  Zone Task Force, Hyderabad.
