No political party interested in solving issues pertaining to downtrodden muslims : MBT

A dharna at Indira Park was organized under the banner of "Pasmanda Muslim Action Committee" and "Telangana Sanchara Muslim Sangham" which was addressed by leaders from different political parties and social organizations.Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT while addressing the said meeting said that there are more than 60 lakhs Muslims in Telangana and nearly 85% among them belong to Pasmanda Communities, but no party is ready to listen to their problems.Mr Khan said a community with 60 lakhs population must send atleast six MLAs to the Assembly, but no party gives value to Pasmanda Muslims, they should unite and contest in upcoming Telangana Assembly Elections 2023 to show their existence from atleast 25 constituencies, then only these parties will realise our problems. He even said his party is ready to give tickets to Pasmanda Muslims. MBT also demands restoration of SC status for Dalith Muslims which is beings deprived. 

Abdul Sattar (President) Dudekala Sangam showed how SC status for Dalit Muslims was revoked in Independent India and demanded Justice for Dalith Converted Muslims.Addressing the Dharns Adnan Qamar (Gen Sec) PMAC said that even after more than 75 years of Independence, these backward muslims dont see a ray of light from ruling Governments and political parties.The condition of Pasmanda Muslims is worse than Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes of the state in every sector.The backwardness of Pasmandas revolve around reports and committees, not a single report mentions that the Backward Castes of Muslims have developed.All the representatives fourteen pasmanda communities were present in the Dharna.
