NABBED THE ACCUSED (RENT A CAR BUSINESS OWNER) WHO CHEATED THE OWNERS OF CARS AND RECOVERED 8 CARS TOTAL WORTH ABOUT RS.1 CRORE

The Chandrayangutta police of Southeast Zone, Hyderabad unearthed cheater who is doing rent a car business and mortgage those vehicles for gaining easy money without prior information given to owners. And recovered 8 Cars Total worth around Rs. 1.2 Crore. In Cr. No 436/2023 U/s 420, 406 IPC of PS Chandrayangutta, Hyd.

BRIEF NOTE:

 In the year 2021 the accused Md.Aslam Nawaz stared car rent business at Sanath nagar. He used to enter into car lease/Rental/Hypothecation agreement with the car owners and used the cars for his business. He made agreement with 8 cars owners and taken cars on rental base and rent them for few months only, according his plan the same has mortgage to others by saying the car belongs to his and taken hand loan from them an amount of RS 3 to 4 lakhs to leading lavish life and full fill his desires without prior intimation to the vehicle owners. 

  Today i.e. on 04-09-2023, in the afternoon hours, while the accused person Mohammad Aslam Nawaz moving in a car MARUTI-VITARA BREEZA VDI TS22H6273. On tip of information Chandrayangutta police apprehended the accused and recovered above vehicles.

The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri Manoj Kumar ACP, Chandrayngutta Division by SHO Sri. K.Gurunath and DI K.Raghu Kumar along with their staff.
