Bombay High Court on Friday (September 8) has quashed two FIRs against IPS officer Rashmi Shukla in the illegal phone tapping case. Earlier, the police had filed a closure report in the FIR registered in connection with the case in Pune. The competent authority has now refused to grant permission to prosecute the officer in one of the FIRs that was registered at Colaba in Mumbai.

Why have they not been arrested till now?  Why is the CCTV footage not showing?  Said home guard Ravinder's wife Sandhya became serious.  Officials deposited the body of home guard Ravinder in Osmania Mortuary.  Ravinder's wife waited for Sandhya.  When Sandhya came, they signed with her and conducted a postmortem on Ravinder's body.  A heavy police presence was arranged at the Osmania Mortuary.  As part of the pre-emptive action, the authorities have made heavy security.  Home Guard Ravinder's wife Sandhya said.. My husband has performed his duty very sincerely for the last 17 years and shed tears.  He said that he worked honestly and fined me for breaking the rules.

 My husband was furious that he had unlocked the entire phone and deleted all the data.  She expressed that my husband Ravinder was very intelligent and that he was killed only after I spoke to my husband.  ASI Narsing Rao and Constable Chandu allegedly burnt my husband to death by pouring petrol on him.  Why have they not been arrested till now.
