            On 14-09-2023, Sri Durga Prasad, Hon’ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, has pronounced the Judgment in CC.No.18687/2019 in Crime No. 164/2019, U/s.324 r/w 34 IPC,  wherein the accused persons A1) G. Devender and A2) G. Narender were found guilty and sentenced to undergo one year Simple Imprisonment.

GIST OF THE CASE:

This is a case of Simple hurt occurred on 13-07-2019, wherein the accused persons A1) G. Devender and A2) G. Narender pickedup unnecessary quarreled with the complainant and his brother Laxman at Bhayyalal Nagar, Uppuguda, Hyderabad, and bet them with rods, sticks and hands causing bleeding injuries on head and hands to them.   

INVESTIGATION & PROSECUTION:

        On 15-07-2019 at 2120 hours, the complainant Sri D. Ganesh S/o Iddaiah, age 28 yrs, Occ: Labour, R/o H.No: 18-8-452/B/186/1, Bhayyalal Nagar, Uppuguda, Hyderabad, lodged complaint at PS Chatrinaka. Soon after receiving the complaint, registered a case in Crime No.164/2019, U/s.324 r/w 34 IPC and investigation was taken up by the then S.I. of PS Chatrinaka Sri B. Mahesh. During the course of investigation, the accused persons A1) G. Devender and A2) G. Narender were served Notices U/s.41 (A) Cr.P.C. on 17-07-2019. In this case (09) witnesses were cited and laid the charge sheet within stipulated time.

Sri D. Durga Prasad, Hon’ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, conducted the trial into the matter. During the Trial, the witnesses i.e., (07) members were examined in the Court and all of them has deposed their evidence and answered in cross examination done by defense. Basing on the merits of documentary evidence as well as statements deposed by the witnesses, Sri D. Durga Prasad, Hon’ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad,  has pronounced the judgment on 14-09-2023, declaring that the accused are found guilty and to undergo one year Simple Imprisonment.
