One Mrs Sakina Fatima resident of Hussaini Mohalla, Yakutpura, Hyderabad Telangana State who was in search of a job after death of her husband to look after her family consisting of his aged mother and minor daughter was approached by a local agent and was offered a job to work as a housemaid in Dubai, UAE and was offered 1200 Dirham as salary.The agent said that she will be taken on a three months visit visa and if she likes to continue the job then her job visa as a housemaid will be made for two years.

As promised she went to Dubai, UAE on 6th Feb 2022 from Hyderabad and worked as a housemaid in two houses for three months and was not paid any salary and she wanted to return back to Hyderabad, Her employer in Dubai UAE said that he has paid Rs/ 2.0 lakhs to the local agents and bought her and if she wants to return she should pay back Rs/ 2.0 lakhs or was directed to ask her local agent to provide another housemaid.

When she was unable to pay the asked amount the Dubai, UAE agent sold her to an Arab family in Haffar Al Batin in Saudi Arabia and in the name of sending her back to Hyderabad they sent her to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in a Bus on 5th May 2022 from where she was taken to Haffar Al Batin and kept in house for 10 days and was asked to do housemaid work and also look after an aged woman mother of her Kafeel.

She was being asked to work for 18 hours daily without any proper food and accommodation.Here in Hyderabad her mother Raheem Unnisa fell ill and was admitted in Gandhi Hospital and she tried to contact her daughter's Kafeel Ghathith Al Mutairi number of times but could not contact and the local agent was also not responding, her mother died on 11th Nov 2022.On knowing the news of her mother's death she wanted to run away from her Kafeel's house and approache Indian Embassy in Riyadh, KSA but was caught and beaten very badly by a wire and sustained many injuries on her body and private parts.

She was denied any medical facilities and then her brother Syed Zaker Hussain approached Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT and requested to rescue her sister.Mr Khan took up this issue with Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar Minister for External Affairs Govt of India and Indian Embassy in Riyadh, KSA who immediately rescued her brought her to Shelter Home in Indian Embassy and persued her matter.

Her Kafeel put up a theft case against her so that she can't leave Saudi Arabia but thanks to Indian Embassy in Riyadh Officials after much persuasion them atlast she was rescued and sent back.She Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT and thanked him for rescuing her.
