CENTRAL ZONE TASK FORCE TEAM NABBED 02 INTERSTATE HABITUAL HB NIGHT OFFENDERS WHO COMMITTED SERIAL OFFENCES IN KUKATPALLY , LB NAGAR & RECOVERED PROPERTY WORTH ABOUT RS.20 LAKHS

        On the intervening night of 31/01-02-2023 on a credible information the Commissioners Task Force, Central Zone team apprehended 02 Interstate Habitual HB Night offender’s who are involved in commission of HB by night cases in Tri-                       Commissionarate’s i.e. Hyderabad, Cyberabad & Rachakonda of Telangana State and also in the limits of Nandyal and Ananthapur PSs of Andhra Pradesh State and recovered properties worth about rupees 20 Lakhs.

       "These offenders have been committed series of offences in the limits of Kukatpally on the intervening nights of 22/23.01.2023 and L.B. Nagar on 24/25.01.2023" which went viral on social media platform.

2) Mandula Shankar @ Shankar Chandrappa S/o Mandula Chandrappa, Age:21 years, Occ: Labour (Hotel), R/o Post office lane, Fathe Nagar, Hyderabad, N/O Sedam TQ of Karnataka.

3) Manoj Kumar Malik @ Manoj S/o Prashant Malik, Age 34 Years, Occ: Sweet Master in Balaji Chappan Bhog @ Shop No. 4-75, Near Hanuman Temple, Gangaram, Chanda Nagar, R/o Near Doodh bai, Behind Chilkalguda PS, (Custodian of the stolen property)

Recovered Property

1) Gold ornaments recovered from the possession of accused persons A-1 to A-4 -    Weighing about -   210.48 Grms.

2) Silver articles recovered from the possession of accused persons A-1 to A-4 -     Weighing about - 2.792 Kgs. (2 Kgs & 792 Gms)

3) Electronic gadgets :- a) Laptops of various companies- 06 Number’s, b) 04 Titan watches,  c) Cell Phones 02 and d) 01 Sony Camera.

The A1. Darla Nehemaiah @ Mehemaiah @ Bruce Lee Previously Involved (30) cases in various Police Stations of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, GRP Secunderabad, AP & Karnataka States.

           There are (04) NBWs pending against A1 in Hyderbad city & (07) NBWs are pending in Karnataka State in various offences.

The A2. Mandula Shankar @ Shankar Chandrappa was Previously Involved in Cr No. 230/2019 U/s 376, 341 R/w 34 IPC Sec 5 R/w 6 of POCSO Act of OU PS in this case 01 NBW is Pending against him.

         On the intervening night of 31/01-02-2023 the Commissioners Task Force, Central Zone Team headed by Sri R. Raghunath, Inspector of Police worked out clues technically and apprehended (02) Interstate Habitual HB Night offender’s who are involved in commission of HB by night cases in Tri- Commissionarate’s i.e. Hyderabad, Cyberabad & Rachakonda of Telangana State and also at Nandyal III Town police station as well as Ananthapur Town Police Station of Andhra Pradesh State and recovered properties worth around 20 Lakhs.

              During the course of enquiry, both the accused have confessed to have committed (23) HB Night cases in the limits of Tri- Commissionarate’s i.e. Hyderabad, Cyberabad & Rachakonda of Telangana State, Nandyal III Town police station and Ananthapur Town Police Station of Andhra Pradesh state.

On further enquiry, it is revealed that, A1-Darla Nehemaiah @ Mehemaiah @ Bruce Lee previously involved in (30) cases of different Police Stations limits of Hyderabad, Cyberabad of Telangana State, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka States & GRP Secunderabad. He was released from Hubballi Sub-Jail in the month Febuary-2022. Later, in the month of April-2022 again he was arrested by Raichur West Police and lodged in Raichur Sub-Jail. After releasing from Raichur Sub-Jail, he was arrested by Gunthakal Rural Police and lodged in Guthy Sub-Jail of Ananthapur, later he was released from Guthy Jail on 02-10-2022. 

Soon after release from Guthy Sub-Jail, in the month of November-2022,           A1-Darla Nehemaiah @ Mehemaiah @ Bruce Lee have committed HB Night offences along with his associate A2-Mandula Shankar N/o Karnataka State, in the limits of Nandyal-III town Police Station, Ananthapur Town Police Station of Andhra Pradesh State, as well as in the limits of Tri- Commissionarate’s i.e. Hyderabad, Cyberabad & Rachakonda of Telangana state.

After committing the offences, the accused persons have handed over the stolen booty for safe custody to A-3 Manoj Kumar Malik @ Manoj N/o of Odisha State and A-4 Namala Sridhar @ Srinu R/o Hasmathpet, Bowenpally, Hyderabad.

On the intervening night of 31/01-02-2023, basing on a credible information all the accused persons were nabbed by Central Zone Task Force team which leads to detection of (23) HB Night cases and Execution of  (11) long pending NBW's against A-1 and (01) against A-2. They are being handed over to Mahankali Police Station along with seized property for taking further necessary action.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. P. Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri R. Raghunath, Inspector of Police, Central Zone and Sri Ch. Naveen Kumar, SI and staff of Central Zone Team of Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
