APPREHENDED (01) PERSON WHO IS IN POSESSION OF ONE COUNTRY MADE PISTOL & TWO EMPTY MAGAZINES BY CENTRAL ZONE TASK FORCE TEAM, HYDERABAD

On 20-02-2023, on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone team, Hyderabad apprehended (01) accused person who is in possession of country made pistol & two empty magazines and seized country made pistol & two empty magazines.

DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED PERSON:

Prajwal Hemraj Bante @ Prajwal S/o Hemraj Bante, Age 24 years, Occ: Photographer  R/o.  H.No. 6-3-582/1/A, Khairtabad, Hyderabad.

SEIZED WEPONS:

1) One Country Made Pistol .32 Bore.

2) Two Empty Magazines.

3) One Apple I-Phone.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:

The brief facts of the case are that, the accused person by name Prajwal Hemraj Bante @ Prajwal is  professionally photographer and he is Nagpur, Maharashtra. In the year – 2017, he came to Hyderabad for education purpose. In the year – 2022 he established one photo studio styled as “One Studio” at Road No 3, Banjara Hills. Previously he was robbed by some unknown persons at his native place i.e. Nagpur and stabbed him on his stomach. Due to fear, on 20-12-2022, he purchased (01) country made pistol .32 Bore, (02) live rounds and (02) Empty Magazines for the Rs. 63,000/- from one person Ganesh Janmojay Kute R/o Nagpur through parcel service, in the bus of Saini Travels Pvt. Ltd from Nagpur to Hyderabad and carrying the same without valid license and without taking any safety measures which may cause endanger to common people. In the last week of December- 2022, he fired (02) live rounds in air at Forest area at Kompally to check whether it is working or not. Hence, Seized 1) One Country Made Pistol .32 Bore, 2) Empty Magazines -02, 3) Apple I–Phone from his posession.

In this case, the seller of country made pistol .32 Bore, live Rounds and Empty Magazines by name Ganesh Janmojay Kute, R/o Nagpur yet to be apprehended.

                Hence the above (01) accused person along with the seized material were being handing over to SHO, Panjagutta PS for taking further action.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri. Dr. Shabarish, I.P.S, I/c Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri. R. Raghunath, Inspector of Police, Central Zone Task Force team, SI Sri. N. Nagesh along with the staff of Central Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
