CRACKED HOUSE THEFT HELD (01) PERSON

On 17-02-2023 The Commissioner’s Task Force North Zone Team  along with Police Ramgopalpet on credible information apprehended one House Theft Offender Suraj Malani and detected case in 1) Cr.No.29/2023, U/s 380 IPC of P.S Ramgopalpet.

Accused Apprehended:-

1) Suraj Malani s/o.Mukund Das Malani, age: 29 years, Occ: Suraj & Co., at Shamshabad, r/o.H.No.2-4-470, lane beside KFC Restaurant,  Ramgopalpet,  Hyderabad.

Property Seized:- 

Gold Ornaments weg. about 32 Tulas (Intact) :- i) Gold Waist Band, ii) One pair of bracelet with finger ring, iii) Head wearing Ornament (bore), iv) One pair of pearl line.

Facts:-

On 13-02-2023 Sri Gopaldas lodged a complaint at Ramgopalpet Police Station that on 10-02-2023, he performed Pooja at Satamrai in factory, after completion of pooja he along with his family returned back to their house. At about 7PM on 11-02- 2023 his wife Akhana opened her almarah to wear gold ornament and found that some unknown person have stolen gold ornament weighting about 30-32 tholas from his house. After that immediately he have checked the cameras in front of his house and came to know that his elder brother’s Son Suraj Malani in suspicious way and kept one bag in his two wheeler dickey and speeding away from there. Hence requested the kind officer to take necessary action as per law

Modus Operandi:-

The accused Suraj Malani is paternal son to the complainant Sri Gopal Das.  The accused is habitual betting punter,  he used to bet through online and recently he incurred huge loss in online betting.  He desire to overcome debts and planned to commit theft.  On 11-02-2023 while inmates temporary absence in his uncle house the accused being relative easily accessed into the house, committed theft of 32 Tulas Gold Ornaments. 

After made sincere efforts, on 17-02-2023 the accused Suraj Malani along with stolen property (intact) apprehended by Commissioner’s Task Force North Zone Team with the assistance of Police Ramgopalpet.  

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri P.Radhakishan Rao,                    Dy. Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad lead by  Sri. T.Srinath Reddy, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone,  SI K.Srikanth,  B.Ashok Reddy, M.Anantha Chary, B.Aravind Goud,  & North Zone Task Force  Team, Hyderabad.
