BUSTED THE VANASTHALIPURAM ROBBERY CASE,
BUSTED THE VANASTHALIPURAM ROBBERY CASE, ARRESTED FOUR ACCUSED AND RECOVERED NET CASH OF 18 LAKHS, MERCEDES BENZ CAR, YAMAHA FASCINO BIKE AND FIVE MOBILE PHONES FROM THEIR POSSESSION.

The sleuths of CCS, L.B. Nagar, SOT, Rachakonda and Vanasthalipuram Police of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate have made sincere efforts and busted the robbery gang which robbed cash of Rs.25.00 Lakhs from the owner of MRR Wines, Autonagar in Vanasthalipuram Police Station limits and arrested four accused on 16.01.2023 and recovered net cash Rs 18.00 Lakh along with One Mercedes Benz Car, One Yamaha Fascino Bike and 05 Mobile Phones from their possession.
BRIEF FACTS: The accused A1 is having acquaintance with the relative of the of the Venkat Reddy (complainant), owner of MRR Wines, Autonagar. The accused A1 obtained hand loan of Rs.50.00 Lakhs from LW1 relative on various occasions and did not pay back. When he pressed A1 to return his amount, A1 along with his associates [A2] Raheem Ghori (Absconding), A3 & A4 conspired and designed a plan to pay the entire money of Rs.50.00 Lakhs and thereafter rob the money from him. According to their plan, about one month back, A1 informed him that within 15 days he will pay the money and then he told A1 to hand over the money to his cousin i.e., the complainant Venkat Reddy. A1 called Venkat Reddy and told that he will give money within 15 days and asked the place where he has to come and give the money. Then the complainant told him to come near his shop at MRR Wines, Autonagar, Vanasthalipuram. To execute their plan without any hurdles, the accused A1 to A4 decided to recce the area and accordingly the accused A4 visited Autonagar, Vanasthalipuram for two times in car and bike and conducted recce of the area and all the accused A1 to A4 prepared a road map to execute their plan. According to their plan, on 06.01.2023 A1 along with his friend came near MRR Wines on his friend’s bike and gave the money of Rs.50.00 Lakhs to Venkat Reddy and left the place. In the meantime, the accused A2 & A3 were waiting near the Pista House hotel, Vanasthalipuram on their bike. The complainant packed the money and he along with his worker started on their bike with the money. The accused A2 & A3 followed the bike of complainant and after going about 200 meters distance near Saibaba Temple, Kamalanagar the accused A2 & A3 intercepted the bike of complainant, beat them and tried to commit theft of whole amount. But they could collect only Rs 25 lakh as the public started gathering and they fled away with Rs.25.00 Lakhs. Thereafter the accused A1 gave the money to A2 to A4 Rs.5.00 Lakhs each as part of their share out of which A2 & A3 gave Rs.1.00 Lakh each to A5 who runs the Air Ticketing Travelling Agency at Charminar to prepare their documents for going abroad for evading their arrest from the police.
On receipt of reliable information, the accused A1, A3 to A5 were arrested at Injapur Kaman when they are coming to collect their documents on their vehicle (Mercedes Benz) in the morning hours on 16.01.2023 and led by them, the accused A5 was arrested at his office and all the accused were brought to police station and their arrest was affected.

The part of amount is yet to be recovered from the possession of A2. Raheem Ghori who is yet to be arrested.

Yadaiah, Inspector of Police, CCS, L.B. Nagar, Sri A.V. Ranga, Inspector of Police, CCS, L.B. Nagar, Sri A. Arjunaiah, Inspector of Police, CCS, L.B. Nagar, Sri A. Man Mohan, Inspector of Police, CCS, L.B. Nagar, Sri P. Ashok Kumar, Inspector of Police, CCS, L.B. Nagar, Sri P. Saidulu, Inspector of Police, CCS, L.B. Nagar, Sri. T. Ravi Kumar, Inspector, Adibhatla, Sri K. Satyanarayana, Inspector of Police, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Sri B.
