*HUSBAND GOT 7 YEARS IMPRISONMENT CONVICTION IN TRESSPASS & ATTEMPT TO MURDER HIS MOTHER-IN-LAW & DAUGHTER.*

Cr.No. 38/2017 U/S 448, 307 IPC of Ibrahimpatnam PS, Rachakonda.

Facts of the case are that, on 19.01.2017 at 1500 hours, Ibrahimpatnam Police received a complaint from Smt. D. Anuradha W/o D. Mahender, aged 27 years, Occ: ANM at KSBV School at Nallakancha R/o Mahankali Nagar, Ibrahimpatnam Village wherein she stated that, her marriage was performed in the year 2014 with accused D. Mahender, S/o Late Bhasker, aged 34 years and they blessed with a daughter. After some days of her marriage the accused started harassing her for the sake of additional dowry as such, a case was filed against her husband at Yacharam PS vide Cr.No. 170/2016 U/s 498-A IPC and 3, 4 DP Act. Thereafter she started Living at her parent’s house at Ibrahimpatnam along with her daughter Meghana and mother Smt. G. Kalavathi, aged 48 years. Meanwhile on 19.01.2017 as usually she went to attend her job and at that time, her mother and daughter were present in the house. On the same day at about 1240 hours, accused Mahender criminally tress passed into her house and on seeing the accused, her mother Kalavathi questioned the accused about his visit, on that the accused Mahender got wild against her and with an intention to kill her the accused attacked her mother with blade on her neck and stomach and also tried to attack her daughter, upon which her mother Kalavathi made hues and cries on hearing the same her neighbours rushed to the spot,  on seeing, the accused ran away from the house. 

Basing on the above complaint a case was registered at Ibrahimpatnam PS, during the course of investigation, the IO Sri. K. Lingaswamy, Sub Inspector of Police, collected evidence, arrested the accused and remanded him to judicial custody. On completion of the investigation the IO filed Charge sheet. During the trail today i.e., on 06.01.2023 Hon'ble Addl. ASJ Court at Ibrahimpatnam Judge Sri. A. Naga Raju convicted the accused D. Mahender, S/o Late Bhasker, aged 34 years, Occ: Business, R/o Chandoor Village & Mandal, Nalgonda District *to undergo 7 Years Imprisonment conviction and imposed fine of Rs. 6,000/-.*

In this case the IO Sri. K. Lingaswamy, Sub Inspector of Police, Ibrahimpatnam PS, CDO Sri. Md. Rawoof of Ibrahimpatnam PS, Addl. PP Sri. Naresh kumar have attended on behalf of prosecution.
