ARRESTED TWO ACCUSED PERSONS IN SNATCHING CASE 

The Humayun Nagar Police apprehended (02) accused persons who committed Snatching under the limits of PS Humayun Nagar, Asif Nagar Division, Hyderabad City were arrested on 30.12.2022. 

BRIEF NOTE OF THE COMPLAINANT:-

Sri. Mohd Habeeb S/o Mohd Khaja, Age: 33 Years, Occ: Driver, R/o Murad Nagar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad stated on 24.12.2022 around 11:30pm he and his brother Aadib going on bike to their residence from Taiba Hotel, Alamgiri Masjid Road. They stop the bike at veterinary research center and passing urine on the footpath by talking on the phone in the meantime two unknown male persons came on two wheeler bike from them a rear rider snatched his Samsung GTI900 model mobile IMEI No: 352993055005409, SIM: 7032030349 (Jio) from his hands and speed up their FZ bike from the spot. Immediately they tried to chase them but no use. If he see them he can recognize them. 

INVESTIGATION:-

A case was registered in Crime No: 435/2022 U/s 382 IPC and The Investigation was taken up by Humayun Nagar PS officials and as per the instructions of Superior officers formed special teams and visited the scene of offence and verified the CCTV cameras and obtained CCTV Footages leading from Mehdipatnam to the enroute up to Sangareddy locality and also with other technical analysis the accused persons were apprehended with the efforts of teams.

A-1 Syed Gayaz S/o late Syed Ismail, age 28 yrs r/o Aliabagh Ghanda, beside Mumtaz hotel, Shah Alibanda, Hyderabad. 

A-2 Mohd Muzafar S/o Mohd Mehboob, age 28 yrs r/o Noorani Moula, near Noorani Masjid, Gulbarga, Karnataka.

MODUS OPERANDI:-

The accused persons were conspired and hatched a plan to snatch the cell phone while the victims standing on roads while talking or doing some other activities in their two wheeler Yamaha FZ Bike for earning easy money to consume alcohol and to spend for greedy needs without hard work and in the same way accused persons A-1 & A-2 committed snatching of Cell phone in the limits of Humayun Nagar PS. 

APPREHENSION OF ACCUSED:

On 30-12-2022, Humayun Nagar Police nabbed (02) accused persons who conspired and committed Cell phone snatching under the limits of PS Humayun Nagar, Asif Nagar Division, Hyderabad City. The apprehended accused persons were arrested by PS Humayun Nagar and seized two Dagger Knifes, 21 cell phones and three two wheelers and were being produced before the Honourable Court for judicial custody. This case detected under the supervision of Smt D Sunitha Reddy, IPS, In-charge DCP, West Zone and Sri Iqbal Siddiqui, Addl. DCP, West Zone, and close monitoring of Sri R.G. Siva Maruthi, ACP Asif Nagar Division by Sri K. Narayana Reddy, Inspector of Police along with Sri. S koteshwar Rao, Addl Inspector of Police,, Sub-Inspector of Police, Sri Md Ahmed Pasha with PC’s Karunakar Goud, C.B. Srinivas, Ramesh Babu, Sai Kiran and HG Nirajan Goud of Humayun Nagar PS.
