APPREHENDED SNATCHING OFFENDER 

 

On credible information West Zone team apprehended one Property offender by name Mir Inayath Ali @Arbaaz S/o Mir Hasan Ali age 24 yrs occ: AC technician R/o Golconda who snatched two cell phones and committed theft of one cell phone in the limits of Banjara Hills PS limits. On enquiry he revealed that he snatched one mobile at Mitra Colony, Banajra Hills and another mobile at MLA Colony and committed theft of one cell phone and recovered 3 mobile phones, one Activa bike without number plate and one sword from his procession. The accused person previously involved in the following cases.

1. Cr.No. 1093/2015 U/s 302,307 IPC of Banjara Hills PS

2. Cr.No. 168/2021 U/s 25(1)(A) Indian Arms act of Golconda PS

3. Cr.No. 100/2021 U/s 379,420 IPC of Humayun Nagar PS.

4. Cr.No. 124/2022 U/s 302 IPC R/W 34 IPC of Langer house PS

  Accused and recovered property handed over to PS Banjara Hills for further action. 

Appreciated the supervision of Ms. Sneha Mehra, IPS, Addl. DCP (Admin), CCS, DD, Crime Team ACP Sri Harish Kaushik, the West Zone Crime Team Sri. Bikshapathi, Inspector of Police, Sri. E.S. Sridhar, SI of Police, Sri. G.Vinay Yadav, PC 6389 and Sri. Mohd Imran, PC 9683, made efforts to nab the accused person.
