APPRHENDED (02) AUTOMOBILE THEFT OFFENDERS- SEIZED 04 SPORTS BIKES WORTH RS . 06 LAKHS

On 28 -12-2022 on credible information the Commissioner’s Taskforce, East Zone Team of Hyderabad City apprehended (02) accused persons namely 1) Fardeen Khan, S/o Ashraf Khan, 2) Mohammed Shareef, S/o Late Mohd Ahmed Ali who committed theft of automobiles under the Tri Commissionerates of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachankonda- Seized (04) sports bikes all worth Rs. 06 Lakhs from their instance.

Details of the accused.

1. Fardeen Khan, S/o Ashraf Khan, age: 18 yrs, Occ: bike Mechanic, R/o H.No. Adikmet, Nallakunta, 

2. Mohammed Shareef, S/o Late Mohd Ahmed Ali, age: 23 yrs, Occ: Mobile Technician, R/o H.No. 3-5-784/40, King koti, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad.

3. Ekender Singh , S/o Uday Singh, age: 20 yrs, Occ: Pvt emp,  R/o Hanuman Tekdi, Kingkoti, Hyderaba( absconding).

1) Cr.No. 461/2022 U/s 379 IPC of Shamshabad PS.

2) Cr.No. 537/2022 U/s 379 IPC of Choutuppal PS.

Brief Facts:-

The accused Fardeen Khan is a resident of Nallakunta studied upto to 10th standard and eking his livilihood by engaging into bike mechanic at King koti, while working at Kingkoti he met with one Ekender Singh who resides in Hanuman thekdi and works at Spares parts shop at king koti, they frequently meet each other in king koti area and chit chat regarding sports bikes riding as they were passionate towards riding. Fardeen khan and Ekender Singh used to ride bikes which are available at mechanic shed where Fardeen Khan was engaged. Over a period of time they addicted to bad hats and started consuming Ganja and Nitravit tables, their expenditures are not sufficient to meet their desires. In this juncture they hatched a plan to commit sports model bikes. In the year 2021 they committed theft of Bullet vehicles under Shamshabad PS and Pulsar NS under Choutuppal PS, subsequently they were cought by Shamshabad PS and loged in jail.

After release from the jail they did not mend their attitude and  again started committing theft of two Wheelers perticularly sports bikes. At this point they both met with  Mohammed Shareef who is a mobile technician at Jagadeesh market, they both instigated Shareef to accompany to commit theft, accordingly  Shareef accepted as he was in deep financial crises due to Covid-19 lock down. As per their plan  they committed (04) bike thefts under  the Police Station limits of SR. Nagar, R.C Puram, Ibrahimpatnam and Jawaharnagar.

Modus operendi 

 

The accused Birender Singh used to break the handle by sitting on the seat and apply force on the handle with his leg, once the handle breaks Fardeen khan interchanges wires accordingly and activate the ignition to start the vehicle, Mohammed Shareef rides the stolen bike upto their destinations.

Acting on the tip-off, the Commissioners Taskforce, East Zone Team apprhended (02) accused persons and seized (04) automobiles from their instances. The above apprehended persons along with seized property were handed over to SHO S.R. Nagar PS for taking necessary action.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of D. Santosh Kumar, Inspector of Police, East Zone Taskforce, Hyderabad along SIs M. Venugopal,         K. Sanjeeva Reddy, C. Venkatesh, V. Satyanarayana along with East Zone Taskforce Team.
