EXCISE ENFORCEMENT HYDERABAD CAUGHT ONE NIGIERIAN AND SEIZED (4) GRAMS OF COCAINE , Rs.19,000/-

TOWARDS SALE PROCEEDINGS, ONE HONDA ACTIVA MOTOR CYCLE & (2) MOBILE PHONES.

 on receipt of  reliable information regarding illegal possession and transportation of Cocaine by one person namely Able Emmanuel Ummudu in the vicinity of Banjara Hills, Road No.12, Hyderabad during the  Route watch on the road infront of Omega Hospital, Road No. 12, Banjarahills,  seized (4) Grams of Cocaine from the possession of Able Emmanuel Ummudu,S/o Ummudu, Age about (40) Years,Occ: Drug Peddler, R/o Present Adderes. 16-11-238/A, Sripuram, Near Farhat Hospital, Malakpet, Hyderabad. N/o: Umuoji (V), Ananbra State, Nigeria.  Also seized one black color Honda Activa bearing No. TS 09EV 6692 along with two Mobile phones  from the possession of Able Emmanuel Ummudu. Also seized Rs.19,000/- (Rupees Nineteen thousand only) towards sale proceeds of Cocaine. On further enquiry Able Emmanuel Ummudu revealed that he is selling cocaine drug on behalf of his master whose name is known to him as Etue Okafor Maluehi R/o Mumbai, Maharastra.  Arrested the accused person i.e., A1) Able Emmanuel Ummudu, S/o Ummudu on the spot and A2) Etue Okafor Maluehi R/o Mumbai, Maharastra shown as absconding. The original case papers along with one accused person, seized contraband and drawn samples handed over to SHO Prohibition & Excise Station, Ameerpet for further action.
This is the third case agaist Able Emmanuel Umudu.
He married to a Indian girl by name leela shivakumar. Both of them along with his cousin  brother PIUS were arrested by Narsingi Police while they were in a possession of (80) grams of Cocaine in the month of March 2018. Again Umudu was caught by the Excise Enforcement Team with (3) grams of Cocaine along with one Honda activa vehicle in the month of August 2018.
After released from the jail on bail , he is repeating the same offence.
These raids were conducted as per the directions of C Vivekanandareddy DC Hyd under the direct supervision of N Anjireddy AES Enforcement and J.  Ravi CI and Nijamuddin SI and staff of Enforcement Hyderabad participated in the raids.
