Two persons are selling liquor in Mallapur area

On 21.03.2019  at 1300 hrs  on receipt of credible information that two persons are selling liquor in Mallapur area immediately the Patrol 1 mobile of  PS Nacharam along with SB Nacharam rushed the spot where respondents  R1. Menda Jagadishwar rao  S/o Late M.  Mallesham, age 46 yrs, Caste SC' M'ala, Occ Mallikarjuna  Kirana General stores R/o H No 3-2-20/2, Old Mallapur, Uppal Mandal, Medcahal Dist and R2. Erram Nagarjuna S/o Saibaba, age 32 yrs, Caste Vysya ,  Occ  Balaji Kirana Stores R/o H No 3-1-8/1, Nagalaxmi nagar,  Mallapur, Uppal Mandal,  Medchal Dist are purchased the liquor bottles in local wine shops  to run the belt shop at old Mallapur and Nagalaxmi Nagar in their general stores  on high rates to  the needy customers, accordingly  caught the R1 & R2 Red-handedly along with  Five whisky 1000 Ml -1 bottle, Intimate deluxe whisky 1000 Ml- 2 bottles, officers choice 1000 Ml- 1 bottle, Intimate deluxe  whisky 180 ML- 9 bottles, Officers choice 90 ML- 24 Bottles from the possession of R1 and  Officers choice 180 ML- 6 bottles, Intimate whisky 180 ML – 4 bottles from the possession of R2  . The respondents are not having any permission or license to run belt shop. 
Respondents are handed over to EXCISE police, Uppal PS.
