 BUSTED A NOTORIOUS CRIMINAL HB BY DAY BURGLAR BY STRENUOUS EFFORTS AND ARRESTED WHO HAD COMMITTED (10) OFFENCES IN THE LIMITS OF CYBERABAD, RACHAKONDA AND HYDERABAD COMMISSIONERATE.

Profile of the Accused:
           House Breaking by Day Offender MikkilIi Vamshi Krishna @ Lokesh @ Sam Richard is a notorious HB by day offender. He is involved in (10) HB by day offences in Cyberabad, Rachakonda and Hyderabad Commissionerates of Telangana State. The accused is un-married and habituated to enjoy lavish life by spending with call girls and long tours and staying in Star Hotels. The family members of accused are well settled and maintaining distance from the accused as he is habituated to criminal activities.

He belongs to Vetapalem village of Prakasham district of AP State. He did his post graduation in MBA (HR) in 2004 and he is a winner of Gold Medal. He completed his under graduation B.Com in 2001 He was first arrested in the year 2006 at Saroornagar Police Station in (06) Day HB Cases and remained in jail for 18 months, later he was arrested in the year 2009 at Saroornagar Police Station in (07) Day HB cases and remained in jail for 20 months. And again he was arrested at Balanagar Police Station in (02) Day HB cases and remained in jail for 08 months and then he was arrested at LB Nagar Police Station in (13) Day HB cases and remained in jail for 21 months under conviction as well as in PD Act and he was released on 18.08.2018. So he is serial offender and has been doing this for more than 10 years.In most of the cases, he admits his guilt and gets set off the remand period into conviction. A Suspect history sheet  is opened at LB Nagar Police Station to keep surveillance on him. Inspite of surveillance over him it is difficult to track him because of deceiving nature and most of the times he travels and also stays in different cities.

         After release from jail in August month of 2018, he had involved in 10 HB offences which is in addition to earlier 28 cases. During this offence period, the accused had taken a flat for rent in Bangalore in Koramangla area and he visits Hyderabad and commits offence and go back to the Bangalore.


Modus Operandi
The accused MikkilIi Vamshi MO is to search for locked houses in isolated areas by walking through the streets and when he gets an opportunity he opens the door with the help of cutting player and enters the house and commits offences. The property which is taken will be pledged with financial institutions like Muthoot, Manappuram, IIFL etc and takes money and spends lavishly. It has been established his involvement in the following cases in different police stations of three commissionerates through scientific clues.

The teams have worked under the supervision of Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Shri VC Sajjanar, IPS. Cyberabad CP appreciated the dedicated efforts of the crime staff from Madhapur and Balanagar CCS. The teams were headed by Cyberabad  DCP Crimes Rohini Priyadarshini, IPS.,  and consisists of CCS Balanagar Inspector Sri. E. Venkat Reddy, CCS Madhapur Sub-Inspector Sri G. Murali Kumar and the crime staff from Madhapur and Balanagar CCS. The good work done by the staff will be rewarded suitably. 

APPEAL TO GENERAL PUBLIC:

1. Whenever you leave your house locked, you have to lock the house with the safe locks like Multiple Locking Systems and also install alarm systems which are easily available in the market.
2. Install at least 01 or 02 CC cameras in the house.
3. Ask your neighbours to keep watch of your home whenever you are away from the house.
4. It is advised to keep the valuables in lockers.
5. Whenever you find movement of any suspicious person, please inform the police.
6. In case of any offence, the room or the place where the offence was occurred shall not be disturbed the scene of offence so that Police can gather clues which will help in detecting the case.
