NABBED TWO GANJA SUPPLIERS-SEIZED


NABBED TWO GANJA SUPPLIERS-SEIZED ABOUT 20 KGs OF GANJA, ONE BAJAJ PULSAR MOTOR CYCLE & TWO MOBILE PHONES
On 08-03-2019, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Kamatipura Police nabbed two persons by name 1) Guguloth Ashok Kumar and 2) ReddiboinaSaida @ Saidamma and seized about 20kgs of Ganja, one Bajaj Pulsar motor cycle and two mobile phones at the instance of accused persons.

Details of accused persons:-


Guguloth Ashok Kumar S/o. G. BhagguNaik, aged: 25 yrs, occ: un employee (Graduate) R/o.Thanda Dharmaram (V), Maripeda (M), Mahabubabad dist.,


Reddaboina Saidamma D/o. Late Reddaboina Seethaiah, aged: 35 yrs, occ: Saree business R/o. Gunnur Colony, near Navodaya School, Mahabubabad dist.,

BRIEF FACTS:-
The accused Reddaboina Saidamma, is a native of Mahabubabad town. She is a divorcee living along with her mother and daughter. She is the sole bread earner of the family. For few years, she did saree business and incurred losses. To overcome financial problems and earn money easily she started doing Ganja business as it is lucrative and easily available in that area. In the process of doing ganja business, she was once arrested by Vizag police. After that she again started procuring ganja from agency areas of Andhra-Orissa border and Mahaboobabad areas and sold the same to prospective customers in Hyderabad and other areas.
Meantime, about six months ago, Reddaboina Saidamma came in contact with Guguloth Ashok Kumar, who is a relative of her neighbour. Ashok, who is an unemployee and eldest son in the family has the responsibility of running family. As he could not find any job and the earnings through agriculture were meagre, he found it difficult to run the family. Meantime, he came to know about Saidamma and her earnings through ganja business. He got influenced by her income and contacted her. Since then both of them started doing ganja business.
On 08.03.09, both Saidamma and Ashok came to Hyderabad on Bajaj Pulsar motor cycle and were waiting near Vazeer Ali Mosque, Kamatipura for handing over the same to their customers. Meanwhile South zone Task force team along with Kamatipura police nabbed both the accused persons and seized 20kgs of Ganja, one Bajaj Pulsar motor cycle and two mobile phones at the instance of accused persons.

     In recent times we have seen several youth/students who are addicted to drugs engaged in crime and other anti-social activities. Several families have become victims of this menace. It is an ardent request from Hyderabad City Police to the youth/students not to fall prey to drugs and request the parents to keep a watch on the activities of their children and feel free to approach police or pass information to Police to curtail such anti-social activities and strive for Drug free city. 


The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. S. Chaitanya Kumar, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad City by Sri. K.
