PRESS NOTE Data discrepancy 


On detecting a data discrepancy in one of the records during our regular periodical checks on 15th March at Kondapur Venue, immediate action was taken to conduct an internal enquiry and it was found that there was a tamper of the intermediary data of one of the candidates which was immediately foiled at the initial stage itself. The Chairman State Level Police Recruitment Board has been informed of the same and as per the request of the Chairman, TSLPRB, a FIR in Crime Number:60/2019, U/S 420, 468 IPC, Section 65 and 66 (C) IT Act and Section 8 of AP Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractices and unfair means) Act-1997 has been registered at Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad. 

   During the investigation, it was established that a person by name Banothu Nagu working for the APSLPRB on behalf of e-soft Consultancy Pvt Ltd (who are one of the vendors of the TSLPRB), suspected to have done this purely in his personal capacity by exploiting his acquaintance with the other employees of e-soft Consultancy Pvt Ltd working in Telangana state. 


    Further, after getting adequate evidence, Banoth Nagu the main accused, Bhukya Ramesh who acted as a mediator in the issue and 3 candidates by names Janga Samuel and Muthamalla Kiran Kumar who were allotted to Kondapur venue and Gade Jagathgiri who was allotted to Amberpet venue tried to defraud the Board have been arrested on 19.03.2019 at 22:00hrs and an amount of Rs.1,50,000 have been recovered from the custody of the accused Banoth Nagu. An amount of Rs.50,000 have been recovered from the custody of the accused Bhukya Ramesh.
