3 YEARS IMPRISONMENT WITH FINE TO ACCUSED FOR ABETMENT OF SUICIDE:

The brief facts of the case are on 07-11-2017 the deceased had a small quarrel with her husband in family issues as her husband used to black mail her that he will die, in turn she replied to her husband that she herself will die and poured kerosene and set herself on fire. The deceased with burnt injuries was admitted in Gandhi hospital, Sec-bad on 07.11.2017 at 2230 hrs for treatment, and while undergoing treatment she died on 13.11.2017.

As per the contents of the above complaint, the IO Sri. Razzak, SI of Shamirpet PS issued FIR, arrested the accused and remanded him to judicial custody. After completion of investigation the IO filed charge sheet in the Honourable court. During the trail the Honourable ASJ Court, Medchal convicted the accused Banala Srinivas to 3 years  imprisonment and Fine of Rs 10,000/-. Banala Srinivas Chary, S/o. late Banala Sambaiah, 40 yrs, Occ- Carpenter work, Thumkunta village, N/o Parakala Mandal.
IO SIP, Razzak, CDO Rajkumar PC 4852  of Shamirpet PS attended Court proceedings. Sri. V.C. Sajjanar Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad appreciated the IO SIP, Razzak, CDO Rajkumar PC 4852  of Shamirpet PS and the officers of Women and Children Safety Wing, Smt. P.Indira Addl.DCP, Smt N.Pankaja WHC-2699, Sri B.Balvanth Reddy HC-1406 who monitored the case in the court and ensured the trail completed on schedule.
