2 YEARS IMPRISONMENT TO ACCUSED FOR TEASING AND HARASSMENT MINOR GIRL: 
Cr.No. 97/2017 U/s  354(d)(i) r/w 354(d)(2)IPC of Mailardevpally Police Station.
Brief Facts:-
The brief facts of the case are on  09.02.2017 at about 16:30 hours the victim, Age: 10 yrs, was on her way to vegetable market at Uddemgadda from her house at Durganagar. Two persons by name Shiva and Kabool Behara who are previous neighbor of the complainant stopped her and teased her by saying to convince their parents for marriage, then the complainant went to her house and told the same to her mother.

As per the contents of the above complaint, the IO Sri. Mahendranath SI of Mailardevpally PS issued FIR and arrested the accused and remanded him to judicial custody. After completion of investigation the IO filed a charge sheet in the Honourable court. During the trail the Honourable MSJ court at LB Nagar Rangareddy District convicted the accused Kabool Behara, S/o. Sushantha behara, age.23 yrs, Occ. Painter, R/o. Durgangar, Mailardevpally, Rajendrangar to 2 years imprisonment.

IO Sri. Mahendranath SI, Addl PP. Raja Reddy, Court Duty Officer M Ravinder reddy Hc 9555 of Mailardevpally PS and summons Ramu HG attended Court proceeding.   Sri. V.C. Sajjanar Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad appreciated the IO, Addl. PP, CDO, Summons HC and the officers of Women and Children Safety Wing, Smt. P.Indira Addl.DCP, Smt N.Pankaja WHC-2699, Sri B.Balvanth Reddy HC-1406 who monitored the case in the court and ensured the trail completed on schedule.
