*Three persons got imprisonment punishment in a domestic violence case.*

1) Cr.315/13 u/s 498-A IPC & Sec.3 & 4 of DP Act of PS Neredmet, Rachakonda Commissionerate: Facts of the case are that, the marriage of complainant/victim Smt P.Navanitha, 36 yrs r/o Vinayaknagar, Neredmet was solemnized with Pillodi Narsimhulu, 41 yrs on 22-05-1996.  They were blessed with two children.  The accused A1 was addicted to alcohol and subjected his wife to harassment and cruelty for additional dowry. The accused A3 Smt P.Saidamma, and A4 P.Veeranna have instigated A1 to harass the complainant/victim.  

In this case the IO Sri Vijay Babu, SI of Police, Neredmet PS arrested the accused persons and remanded to judicial custody. After completion of investigation, the IO filed charge sheet in the Hon’ble Court. During the trail, the Hon’ble XIX MM at Malkajgiri convicted the accused A1 & A 4 to undergo 18 months RI and fine Rs.5000/- each, while one year RI and fine of Rs.5000/- to A3.  The accused A2 died before trial of the case.
