A NOTORIOUS  GOONDA  INVOLVED IN MURDER AND 

A NOTORIOUS  GOONDA  INVOLVED IN MURDER AND 

CHEATING OFFENCES   FROM MEDIPALLY  PS VIZ YELLAGONI UDAY BHASKER GOUD HAS BEEN DETAINED UNDER          PD ACT BY SRI MAHESH M.BHAGWAT, I.P.S., COMMISSIONER  OF POLICE, RACHAKONDA ON  12-02-2019.   

 In ongoing drive against the Rowdy sheeters/trouble mongers  and anti social elements to ensure safety and security of the General Public and to preserve public order  in Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, Commissioner of Police has detained notorious offender Yellagoni Uday Bhasker Goud  who was involved in as many as (05) cases under the heads of Murder/Criminal intimidation and Cheating offences  since 2013 in the Police Station Limits of  Medipally of Rachakonda, Madhapur and Kukatpally of Cyberabad Commissionerates.

History of accused:-
The accused is resident of Boduppal and he discontinued his graduation due to interest in Cine filed. He entered in to Cine field and worked as an Asst. Director for some time and later started M/s Login Media Production Private Ltd., Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, and Hyderabad. He used to produce and upload short films relating to entertainment, sports, devotional, educational programmes etc., through the 24 media channels promoted by him in “ Youtube”. By vending the exclusive content through the 24 media channels to the public, he retained 80% earnings for himself and pays the balance 20% to the investors.  He used to pay money online directly to the investors into their bank accounts every month. Thus, he attracts and made believe the investors and induces them to invest their huge amounts in his firm. Initially, he pays small returns to the investors and later avoids them and when they insist for their amounts, he starts threatening them with dire consequences.  Previously, he was arrested by Nacharam Police in connection with Cr.No.165/2013 U/sec. 144, 120-B IPC and 25 of Indian Arms Act.
Even, his release on bail in above case, he did not mend his conduct and attitude and again in recent past during the year, 2018, he was  involved in (4) grave and dangerous offences, such as Murder, illegal confinement/Cheating and Criminal intimidation in the police station limits of  Rachakonda and  Cyberabad Police Commissionerates.

When, one of his investors namely Raji Reddy   forced him to return his investment approximately One Crore rupees , the accused Uday Baskar Goud hatched a plan with hired assassinates from Vijayawada and Murdered him brutally by inflecting cut injuries with hunting sickles with the help of hired goondas on the road in the limits of Mediapally PS on 21-11-2018.

Recently, Mediaplly Police have arrested the accused Yellagoni Uday Bhasker Goud  on              29-11-2018  in Cr. No. 900/2018 U/s 302, 120-B, 109, 212, 148,  r/w 149 IPC & SEC. 25 (B) (1) (b) of Indian Arms Act of PS Medipally,  remanded him to Judicial Custody and lodged in Central Prison, Cherlapally, Medchel Dist and regularized in remaining (03) Cases through PT warrants.

Since, there is every possibility of his indulging in similar offences which are detrimental and prejudicial to maintenance of Public Order after coming out of the prison, Preventive Detention orders are invoked against the Accused Yellagoni Uday Bhasker Goud by Sri Mahesh M.Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, for preservation of public order in Rachakonda Commissionerate on 09.02.2019 and served the Orders on him on 12-02-2019 and detained him in Central Prison, Cherlapally.
