*ONE NOTORIOUS PROPERTY OFFENDER UNDER P.D. ACT.*
In ongoing drive against offenders in Cyberabad Commissionerate, the Commissioner of Police has invoked detention order against one notorious Property offender *Shaik Shahrukh @ Shahrukh* *khan S/o Shaik Wajid, 24 years*.
This offender is resident of Osmanpura, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad. He got addicted to bad vices, used to spend amount lavishly. Inorder to meet his expences, he decided to earn money easily by committing thefts along with his associate Mohammed Mazher. They used to target locked houses by moving in the area, broke open the locks and gain entry into houses. They have also gained entry into the houses where inhabitants slept without locking doors from inside and committed theft of Gold, Silver ornaments, Cell phones and Cash.
This offender has involved in (07) cases during the year 2018 under the limits of Rajendranagar and Mailardevpally Police Stations of Cyberabad. He and his associate were arrested by Rajendranagar Police on 26.07.2018 and recovered about 13 tulas gold ornaments, 7 tulas silver ornaments, 2 Cell phones from their possession and remanded to Judicial custody. He got released from jail and again committed three (3) simillar property offences in January 2019. He was again arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 18.01.2019.
His acts has been prejudicial to the maintenance of public order and unless he has kept out of the society for a considerable period. As such he is detained in the prison under this act to prevent him committing such offences.
