UNDER THE LIMITS OF NARAYAGUDA PS – (06) PERSONS HELD –SEIZED Rs.92,050/-, (08) CELL PHONES & PLAYING CARDS

On 22-01-2019 in the night hours the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force, Central Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Narayanaguda police, on credible information conducted raid on common Gaming house situated in premises No.3-6-1130/C, Street No.18, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad and apprehended (06) respondents and Seized net cash of Rs. 92,050/-, (52) Playing Cards & (08) Cell Phones from their possession.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:

The respondent Mohd. Ifthequar and his father Mohd Bhaktiyar are organizing Three cards game which is a game of chance by taking commission from the punters in the premises No.3-6-1130/C, Street No.18, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad since last few months and inviting known/un known punters and his friends to the rented house and playing three cards game on commission basis and gaining illegal money. As usual, in the night hours of 22-02-2019 they all gathered in the above said premises and while they were playing three cards by betting money, on credible information Central Zone Task Force Team conducted a raid on above said premises along with Narayanaguda Police and apprehended the respondents.

Mohd Bhaktiyar is a habituated Gaming organizer. So far, he is arrested in (06) cases pertaining to Chikkadapally PS, Musheerabad PS and Narayanaguda PS of Hyderabad city.

In this case seized net cash of Rs. 92,050/-, (52) Playing cards and (08) mobile phones from the possession of respondents. The above (06) respondents along with seized property were handed over to SHO, Narayanaguda Police Station for taking necessary action.

    The raid was made under the supervision of Sri. P. Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri. Sayini Srinivasa Rao, Inspector of Police, Central Zone Task Force team, SI                       Sri. K. Srinivasulu along with the staff of Central Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
