NABBED HOUSE BURGLARY GANG  -  03 – HELD &RECOVERED ABOUT 23 TULAS GOLD ORNAMENTS

On 23-02-2019, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad with the assistance of Hussainialam police, nabbed a notorious habitual burglary gang consisting of 03-accused namely viz., 1) Mohd Mohin, 2) Aslam Yamani and 3) Syed Majid Ahmed who are involved in Cr.No.44/2019, u/s 457, 380 IPC of Hussainialam PS and are absconding since the commission of offence. Recovered Gold Ornaments weighing about 23-Tulas, 50-UAE Dirhams, 1900 Saudi Riyals, One US Dollar and Net cash Rs.18,000/-, Total property worth Rs.7,50,000/- from their possession.

Aslam Mohammed Yamani, age 23 yrs, Occ: House Keeping, R/o Nabil Colony, Salala, Barkas, Hyderabad.

Syed Majeed Ahmed, age 24 yrs, Occ: Housekeeping, R/o Near boston school, New Road, Mecca Colony, Kalapather, Hyderabad.


MODUS OPERANDI: -
The accused Aslam Mohammed Yamani, Mohd Mohin and Syed Majeed Ahmed use to work as a personal attenders and Driver to one Syed Jamaullah Qadri @ Khusroo who is a patient at his residence situated at Hussainialam, Hyderabad from past 6 months. As the accused persons Aslam Mohammed Yamani and Mohd Mohin are irregular to their work they were removed from the job, due to which the accused persons Aslam Mohammed Yamani and Mohd Mohin developed grudge against him.
In this process the accused Aslam Mohammed Yamani and Mohd Mohin hatched a plan to commit theft in the said residence and discussed the same with their co-worker by name Syed Majeed who is presently working at Complainant residence and promised him a share of booty, on which he agreed.

Subsequently the accused Aslam Mohammed Yamani and Mohd Mohin informed the same to 03-other associates who are previous offenders. As per their plan in the intervening night of 18/19-02-2019 the accused person Syed Majeed Ahmed informed the other accused persons about the absence of the inmates. Thus the 05-accused reached the complainant’s residence at Hussainialam and the accused Aslam Mohammed Yamani along with his associate entered into the house by break opening the lock and the remaining accused persons Mohd Mohin along with 02-other associates were present outside the house to inform the accused about the movements of people around for alerting.

Further the accused Aslam Mohammed Yamani and his associate broke opened the wooden almirah and committed theft of gold ornaments weighing about 23 tulas along with 50-UAE Dirhams, 1900 Saudi Riyals, One US Dollar and Net cash Rs.18,000/- and all the accused sped away from the spot.

On the tip off , The Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad City, apprehended 03-accused near Sujath Hotel, Kalapather, Hyderabad, while they were about to share the booty and recovered Gold Ornaments weighing about 23-Tulas, 50-UAE Dirhams, 1900 Saudi Riyals, One US Dollar and Net cash Rs.18,000/-, Total property worth Rs.7,50,000/-, from their possession.

The arrested 03 accused along with seized property were handed over to SHO, Hussainialam PS, for taking further action.

Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad, by Sri K.SRINIVAS, Inspector of Police, East Zone Task Force, Hyderabad, Sri K.RAMESH, Inspector of Police, PS Hussainialam, Sri MD. MAQBOOL JANI, Addl. Inspector of Police, PS Hussainialam, SIs Sri Govindu Swamy, G.Srinivas Reddy, P.Ramesh, C.Venkatesh and the staff of East Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad city.
